Incoming Students & Volunteers

Before you get started:

For incoming students and volunteers new to our center, please be sure to review the following AHMCT Orientation Package Contents (Kerberos Authentication required):

  1. Read our Policies, Procedures & Guidelines
  2. Read our Safety Rules, submit contact form to receive AHMCT Safety Training 
  3. Read our Vehicle Use Policy, submit form only if applicable
  4. Review and submit our AHMCT Computing Accounts form
  5. Review and submit our Research Space Access form
  6. Review Exit Procedures (please be sure to follow when leaving the Center)
  7. Submit sign off form to acknowledge all contents have been reviewed

Once all required forms have been submitted, please contact Jessica Rodriguez to be assigned a desk space.

*Please note: Faculty permission is needed to start our onboarding process.
